Meet Stella

I’m Stella de Stefanis, a California board-certified Acupuncturist and Herbalist dedicated to helping others achieve lasting health and wellness through the transformative power of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
I hold a Master’s in Traditional Chinese Medicine from Emperor’s College in Culver City, and have had the privilege of treating hundreds of patients. To further refine my skills, I completed Michelle Gellis’s Advanced Certification in Facial and Cosmetic Acupuncture, extensive training in the AcuMicro and AcuLift Microneedling Systems, and certification in the Acupuncture Now Foundation’s Peripheral Neuropathy Protocol. I am also certified in Clean Needle Technique by the CCAHM.

My Journey
My Journey to Traditional Chinese Medicine
Although born in the U.S., my first language is Swedish. Before finding my path in Traditional Chinese Medicine, I worked in the art world across Los Angeles, New York, and London, earning a Master’s in Art Business from Sotheby’s Institute of Art.
My own health challenges led me to acupuncture for support with skin and emotional well-being—a turning point that inspired me to shift careers and devote myself to healing.
Today, as a Licensed Acupuncturist, I feel honored to share a system of medicine trusted for thousands of years. My mission is to provide personalized, integrative care that supports balance, radiant skin, and whole-body wellness.
