I’m Stella de Stefanis, a California board-certified Acupuncturist and Herbalist dedicated to helping people achieve lasting health and wellness through the transformative power of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
I earned my Master’s in Traditional Chinese Medicine from Emperor’s College and believe exceptional care requires continual learning. Through advanced education and specialized training, I continually refine my skills to provide thoughtful, evidence-informed care tailored to each patient.

My Journey
My Journey to Traditional Chinese Medicine
Although born in the U.S., my first language is Swedish. Before becoming an acupuncturist, I worked in the art world across Los Angeles, New York, and London, earning a Master’s in Art Business from Sotheby’s Institute of Art. That chapter of my life deeply shaped my approach to healing - blending creativity, aesthetics, and mindfulness to create an experience that feels both modern and deeply human.
My own health challenges led me to acupuncture for support with skin and emotional well-being - a turning point that inspired me to shift careers and devote myself to healing.
Today, as a Licensed Acupuncturist, I feel honored to share a system of medicine trusted for thousands of years. My mission is to provide personalized, integrative care that nurtures balance, radiant skin, and whole-body wellness, helping each individual feel more at ease, confident, and connected within themselves.
